How does Near Space work?
Near Space is a peer-to-peer marketplace where people can list their unused storage spaces (garages, sheds, parking spots, etc.) and others can rent them. Simply search for spaces in your area, book online, and arrange access with your host.
Is my stuff safe?
Safety is our top priority. All hosts and renters are verified. We recommend taking photos of your items when storing and communicating through our platform for added security.
What happens if there's a problem?
Our support team is available 7 days a week to help resolve any issues. You can reach us through the app or by contacting support@nearspace.com.au.
Can I extend my booking?
Yes! If the space is available, you can extend your booking directly through your dashboard. The host will need to confirm the extension, and you'll be charged for the additional time.
